VINTAGE: Harvest began during the last days of August, the grapes were hand-picked and collected in 20 Kg baskets. The yield was approximately of 60 The clusters exposed to the direct sun light turn into a beautiful bronze color. This change along with the laboratory analysis helps to determine the best picking date for this variety. The particularly dry and warm finish of the vintage gave us a wine of great body and aroma, very concentrated in all its components.


COLOUR: yellow with some greener hints.

AROMA: herbaceous and floral, intense.

TASTE: dry, savoury, favored by a full body which makes it round and full.

FOOD PAIRINGS: classic pairing with seafood but it matches well with any other course.
